The Scientific Extrusion is a 2 days course consisting of 2 days classroom training. This course is a compressed version of the Extrusion Master 1 course without a Certification, Therefore, no quizzes or final exam are required for this seminar. During the 2 days classroom, participant will learn the fundamentals of polymer science, practical polymer characterization and testing, extrusion screw designs, tooling qualification, downstream equipment, processing principals, Scientific Extrusion™, critical calibration, process validation guidelines (IQ, OQ PQ), Center-Lining Concept, optimum equipment cleaning, safety, and much more.
